Horseradish: what is it and how to use it?

You will first need to peel and grate the large white root (watch your eyes) before removing the heart. You can also marinate it or incorporate it into your culinary preparations (traditional sauces, vinaigrettes or even homemade butter) to accompany your Pisces or one dish deli meats.
