The kebab has become more commonly a sandwich hot we take on the go at noon when we do not have much time to stop to eat. Ingredients and tips for kebabs with beef and vegetables (for 4 people):
  • - 800 grams of meat of beef
  • - For the marinade of the meat: 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 bay leaves, spices with couscous, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • - For the white sauce: 2 Greek style yogurts, 4 cloves of garlic, lemon juice, parsley, coriander, salt and pepper.
  • - For the accompaniment: green salad, tomatoes, red onions ... (leave room for your imagination and your tastes for the accompaniment).
  • - 4 slices of pita bread or "kebab cookies".
 
Marinate the meat sliced ​​overnight in the marinade mixture. The next day, put the stacked slices on a spit and place in the oven in grill mode for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can prepare the white sauce by emolling garlic, coriander and parsley before mixing everything with Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
