How to wear the tweed jacket?

Since its creation by Mademoiselle Chanel in the 50s, the jacket in tweed is timeless figure of the elegant woman. Easy to wear, refined, contemporary, it goes through the fashions and is transmitted from generation to generation.

A few weeks before the release of the film Coco Chanel and Igor Stravinsky with Anna Mouglalis in the title role, zoom on the look Chanel.

And, another argument to be tempted: with the fashion of the vintage, you will be able to almost make pass your jacket signed H & M or Zara for an original. And if you think that you have to be 40 years old to dare tweed, that nay, the proof:

1) The bourgeois rock

When we think tweed, we think of an elegant woman but a bit stuck. Fault ! The bourgeoise is enchanaillée with the jacket tweed revived in military version by Paul & Joe. Feel free to wear it with gray bleach leggings or slim jeans.

The +: we divert the BCBG style tweed playing on contrasts like an Agyness Deyn.

2) The Preppy girl

Pleated skirt and jacket in tweed, the preppy girl cultivates a keen sense of bourgeois chic. Headband, Peter Pan collar, and gold brooch, it will be all the rage in the schoolyard.

The +: as Leighton Meester we loose on accessories.

3) The first lady

Want to play Jackie O? Why not play the total bourgeois look: little blouse, pearl necklace and ballet flats ...

The +: we dare the total look
