I keep the shape thanks to the aromatherapy: I find the sleep

It's been days or weeks since you wake up in the middle of the night or have trouble falling asleep. In short, you sleep badly! To find a good sleep, several aromatherapy solutions are available to you.


In massage
In about 30 ml of oily macerate St. John's Wort, combine:

  • 2 ml of tangerine essential oil
  • 2 ml of melissa essential oil
  • 2 ml of ravintsara essential oil
Massage gently all over the body with this preparation.
But also
In 10 cl of sweet almond oil, pour:
  • 25 drops of essential oil of neroli

At bedtime, massage the chest, shoulders, plexus and temples with 10 drops of this mixture.


In atmospheric diffusion
Choose one of essential oils following:

  • Marjoram
  • Orange
  • Ylang-Ylang complete
  • Mandarin

Pour a few drops of the selected essential oil into an electric diffuser and have it run for 15 minutes in your bedroom at bedtime.


In the bath
Choose the essential oils from:

  • Officinal lavender
  • Chamomile noble
  • Ylang-Ylang complete
Take 5 drops of each and mix them with a bubble bath cap before dispersing them in your bath.
