I tested the Body Attack

In terms of sport, there are several schools: those who enroll in a club of sport and never put in their feet, jogging addicts who put on their panoply under Sunday mornings, casual sneakers shoes 1 month before the summer and adventurers, looking for new sports fashionable and new sensations ...

For those who tend to get tired, here is the Body Attack, a form of aerobics that works the cardiovascular abilities and specific body areas like glutes and abs... all on a furious and dancing rhythm.

Body attack, instructions for use
On a lively music (history to increase the heartbeat), the course starts thoroughly: warming up then pumps, lunges, dumbbells, squats ... a real obstacle course practiced at a steady pace. The course, open to all, is however to avoid for the beginners who could exhaust themselves and be discouraged quickly. At the rate of twice a week for 3 months, the coach promises me a dream body for the summer ...

It's for me so ...
I am looking for a complete activity, a kicker, a course where to spend too much energy. And if I'm used to doing sport intensively, if I'm not afraid of aches the next day when I wake up.

How long does it last ?
60 minutes ...

And after ?
I am rinsed, emptied but happy. Be careful to do the stretching at the end of the course under pain of aches the next day. Ouch...
