Longchamp is celebrating its 60th anniversary. To celebrate its years of success, the brand Longchamp has decided to reissue the range of bags LM. Designed at the beginning of the 70's by the president of the brand, Philippe Cassegrain, this collection was at the time only intended for the Japanese market.
Longchamp offers two original versions of bags the first of which, "LM Vintage", has exactly the same characteristics of the original line as the logo, the leather, the accessories, the shapes but also in the choice of the tanner. The second, "LM patented", also available in satin calfskin, is a range of bags more contemporary and rooted in the 2008 fashion trend.
The celebration of this anniversary, however, is based on the collaboration between the brand and the Belgian artist Jean-Luc Moerman, who draws his inspiration from the art of tattooing and urban culture. Two editions have thus emerged: one serigraphed in black, the other offering 60 unique models rich in colors! All these pieces were presented during the Longchamp birthday party at the Elysée-Montmartre, before being dispatchered all over the world ...
