To prepare just before tasting (15 min before)
For 4 Origamis:
- 1 package Gold Straw raspberries
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 100 g of Red fruits
- 1 egg white
- 20 g of sugar
- 2 squares of white chocolate
Preparation:
1. Mix the mascarpone, the Red fruits and sugar.
2. Beat the egg white in the snow.
3. Incorporate it gently into the mixture.
4. Melt the white chocolate.
5. Using a brush, cover one of the faces of the Gold Straw of melted white chocolate. It is this face that will have to be in contact with the preparation.
6. Insert the Gold Straw and the preparation according to the ancestral art of folding "origami" according to the diagram!
