Ingredients:
- 1 package of Pepito
- 180 g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder
- 100 ml of milk
- 6 eggs
- 500 ml cream
Preparation:
Mix the sugar and egg yolks in a salad bowl while whistling.
Add two teaspoons of vanilla essence, vanilla powder, milk and crème fraîche.
Mix everything, then incorporate the whites beaten into snow. Pour into a bowl and put in the freezer. After an hour, add nuggets of Pepito (crushed into small pieces).
Then take 24 hours then take out the ice glagla and make small sandwiches between two Pepito.
