Makeup: Pierre Hardy creates a capsule collection for Nars
After the success of the tribute range to Andy Warhol, launched in collaboration with the Warhol Foundation, the creator of Nars called on the stylist for his new ephemeral collection. A passionate make-up artist, he collaborated with the biggest names in the world and made up many personalities (Catherine Deneuve, Madonna, Isabella Rossellini, Sharon ...), but always remains in search of new creative initiatives, likely to develop his brand and his work.
Like François Nars, Pierre Hardy is known for his creations with original architectural forms and his play on colors and textures. Reflecting their common jokes, the range is composed of six duets of nail polish, to coordinate with the 2013 summer collection of the stylist. They will be delivered in a small pouch, itself placed in a mini-shoebox, nod to the initial vocation of Pierre Hardy. Two blush, a coral and a very bright pink, complete the range and agree to our complexion or our desires. They take the cubic print, signature of the creator. One thing is certain, when Pierre Hardy embarks on a makeup collection, it's the foot!
The collection will be available in May at the Pierre Hardy boutiques as well as at Séphora, Le Bon Marché, Printemps Haussman and at http://www.narscosmetics.fr/.
