He is also since 2010, one of the discrete heroes of Masterchef, as a member of the jury alongside Frédéric Anton and Sébastien Demorand. Its particularity to Yves Camdeborde, is to have made his classes in the kitchens of some of the largest French institutions. And it was in 1992 that he made a name for himself by becoming the owner of La Régalade, a restaurant located in the 14th arrondissement, which became the spearhead of the bistro cuisine.
