Mesclun salad with grapefruit and Comté cheese

PREPARATION
Remove the bark of a grapefruit pink, separate neighborhoods and prune, book.
Rinse with clear water and wring out a good handful of mesclun.
Grate some chips of Fruity Comté (12-14 months).
Deposit the salad in a verrine or mini-pot, add the citrus pieces and sprinkle with Comté cheese.
