Mikado Cado from LU

Ingredients:
 
- 1 package of Mikado with dark chocolate
- 600 g peaches
- 2 tablespoons green tea
- The juice of a lemon
- 100g of cream
- 2 egg whites
- 125 g of sugar


Preparation:
 
1 - Reduce mashed peaches.
2 - Add the sugar and the cream.
3 - Mix ... 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 2 - 3 - Valser when cooking is a bit like playing with mesh net.
 
1 - Let the tea dream in the lemon juice, then filter the infused juice in the preparation.
2 - Fit two egg whites in snow
3 - Add them to the rest of the preparation ... 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 2 - 3 - Give the mixture a whirl.
 
1 - Butter a mold to log.
2 - Fully upholster Mikado.
3 - Pour the mixture on top ... 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 2 - 3 - Take the log magicalistick all night in my cold cabinet.
 
Unmould, cut gently with a large knife under hot water.
Stitch each slice on a Mikado for a perfect rotation: it's the "gift cake" it took to turn my head.
