Mini cakes filled with dark chocolate Intense (Côte d'Or)

Ingredients:
100 g of chocolate tasting 70% Intense Black
100 g of chocolate tasting 70% Intense black cut into small pieces
60 g of butter
60 g brown sugar
1 egg
110 g flour

Preparation:
Melt 100 g of chocolate tasting 70% Intense black in a bain-marie. Beat the softened butter with the brown sugar until you get a cream. Add first the whole egg, then the sifted flour.

Make the dough rest for one hour in the refrigerator.
