My perfumed sugar, it's me who did it!

To make sugar scented, there is nothing simpler! And yet, you had to think about it. You need ... from sugar ! Until then, no problem. And some small glass jars that can be closed tightly. For sugar vanilla, it's stupid as cabbage! Instead of throwing the pods off vanilla after scraping the inside, you put them in a jar of sugar cut in half. You shake the pot regularly to harmonize the taste and in a short week, you have to sugar vanilla to sprinkle in your yogurt, cheesecake, whipped cream and co.

Citrus sugar
For a sugar acidulated, choose your favorite citrus fruit: lemon, grapefruit, orange, kumquat ... we take the zest with a grater or a zester that is mixed with sugar. Same fight as for the sugar vanilla, shake the jar a few days to mix the flavors. It's just falling in a fruit salad or in his morning coffee.

Cinnamon sugar
Obtain a sugar Spicy with irresistibly exotic accents is as easy as hello. We take two sticks of cinnamon, we lock them in a jar of sugar and we do the same as for all the others: we shake, shake shake for one to two weeks!

Sugar with flowers
Same principle as before: from sugar, an airtight jar and roses, wisteria, violets, orange blossoms, lavender or poppy. Two weeks later, you get a sugar delicately scented that makes egg creams to fall! It's the little touch that makes the difference. Ask your friends to guess the flavor that tickles their palate.
