Ingredients of the spring roll recipe:
100 g toasted flaked almonds
1 cucumber way
250 g carrots
250 g celery root
a little fresh mint
a little fresh coriander
10 dry rice leaves
Preparation of spring rolls:
Dry roast the flaked almonds in a frying pan.
Peel and grate separately the carrots and celery root.
Wash, crease cucumber, cut thin slices and mince in julienne.
Sprinkle with coarse salt and let it out in the refrigerator.
Wash the fresh mint, chop and reserve in the refrigerator.
In a warm water receptacle, soak 1 minute rice leaf.
Arrange it on a filmed work surface or on a damp cloth.
Place inside the mint, the coriander then the filling (almonds, cucumbercarrots and celery root).
Roll the rice leaf.
