One week to find a flat stomach

Above all, do not fast!
It's pointless to think that by stopping eating for three days you'll lose your extra pounds. On the contrary ! For a week, you will find a healthy and balanced diet. For that, you will have to eat a little of everything. At first, reincorporate fruits and vegetables in large quantities. Eat lightly !

Charcuterie is excluded from your diet. No excuses will be tolerated! During a week, you will favor lean meats (rabbit, chicken) and fish (among the least caloric: monkfish, cod, sole, sea bream, whiting).

Contrary to what one can sometimes hear, you should not miss a dessert like yoghurt and cottage cheese that are very low in fat. You can also accompany your slimming diet full bread (maximum 150g per meal).

Hydrate!

Resume the sport!
