Papillotes with fennel

Ingredients (for 2 people)
1 bar of line, from 800 g to 1 kg (make raise the 2 nets by your fishmonger)
1 fennel
1 tablespoon pastis
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt pepper

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 210 ° C.

Rinse your bar fillets and dry them with paper towels. Clean your fennel and cut it into coarse slices.

Take a sheet of aluminum foil. Make a bed of fennel, in which you drop the bar fillet. Salt, pepper, pour a tablespoon of pastis and one of olive oil.

Close tightly. Proceed in the same way for other curls. Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
