Parmesan mustard cookies

Ingredients (for about twenty pieces)
60 g of flour bise (T80)
45 g small oatmeal
20 g of Parmesan cheese grated
20 g of mustard seeds
1 tablespoon of Gomasio (sesame salt)
1 egg
5 tablespoons of olive oil
25 ml of vegetable milk (soy, oats ...)

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °.

Mix the flour, the flakes, the Parmesan cheese, mustard seeds and gomasio. Add egg, oil and milk and mix again.

On a plate, lay and slightly flatten spoonfuls of dough by spacing them.

Once the oven is at the correct temperature, bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely on a rack before serving.

A quick recipe for those cookies that can be kept for 5 days in an airtight box.

Gomasio can be replaced by salt and sesame seeds.
