Polish recipe: Strucel (dessert)

ingredients
500 g of poppy seeds
250 g of sugar
50 g of butter
10 g baker's yeast
1 teaspoon liquid almond aroma
150 g of flaked almonds
Zest of an orange cut into thin strips

Preparation
Simmer the poppy seeds with water for about 10 hours. Drain and mix.
Add sugar, melted butter, baker's yeast, snow whites, almond aroma, almonds and zests. Mix.
Roll out the dough and roll it over to obtain a cylindrical cake.
Cook on a baking sheet with parchment paper for 30 minutes.
