Potimarron grilled and poached place 

4 slices of place (150g each), ½ liter of well stocked broth, ½ lemon juice, 4 slices of lime, 1 pumpkin, 1 drizzle of oil, 1cc of sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper
Wash the pumpkin and hollow out. Cut in thin slices (about 1cm). Place slices on a plate, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Put in the oven and cook. Return to half cooking, and remove as soon as they are colored.

Meanwhile, poach the place in the boiling bouillon (5 '). Drain and serve with the slices of pumpkin and 1 slice of lime.
Steps :

1 ° Cut 2 slices of potimarron (already hollowed out), put on 1 plate, season and bake.

2 ° Place the poaching place in 1 short broth well raised.

3 ° To serve.
