Prepare a light salad with protein

To make your salad a complete dish, make sure to have a portion of starchy foods but also proteins such as chicken breasts, poached eggs or fish. For example, marinate your turkey breast in soy sauce or add a mint and yoghurt mix to taste. Also bet on oats, wheat or bulgur that contain a large amount of vegetable protein.
