Baking sheet for rolled biscuit
1. Preheat your oven to Th.7 (200 ° C).
2. Prepare the rolled biscuit: melt chocolate and the butter, add the flour mix. Add the egg yolks and 100 g sugar.
3. Beat the egg whites with snow. Gradually add to the preparation.
4. Butter and flour a baking sheet. Pour and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Unmould the biscuit.
6. Make the peels bananas with the remaining sugar by cutting them in length. In a mold line with film paper, add a layer of biscuit, bananas and raspberries, a new layer of biscuit.
7. Melt the chocolate white in a bain-marie, pour it into a salad bowl. Beat the whipped cream and stir it in chocolate. Pour over the biscuit and cover with another biscuit. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
