Recipe: kefta kebabs at Beaufort

For 4 people
Preparation 25 minutes
Cooking 5 minutes
Easy level

2 white onions
olive oil
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
1 boot of coriander
150 g of Beaufort
500 g of veal chopped
salt and pepper

Peel the onions, chop them finely, then cook them 2 or 3 min in a pan with a little olive oil. Then put them in a salad bowl. Take the lemon zest and chop it. Peel and chop the garlic and chop coriander. Cut the Beaufort into small cubes.

Mix the onions with the meat, garlic, coriander, lemon zest, Beaufort, salt and pepper. Take a skewer and form a tube of meat chopped scented. Flatten slightly meat, then repeat the operation with the rest of the skewers.

Salt and pepper kefta kebabs, oil them lightly and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in the pan, not much more otherwise they will be too dry. Serve them hot, drizzled with a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil.
