Meat is not the only prerogative of barbecue, enjoy the summer to skewer molluscs and sea food. You can focus on just one seafood, whether you combine vegetables, or assemble several sea food on the spit. The important thing is to make a good marinade before.
The prawns are quite easy to handle and skewer. Decorate them and marinate them in coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper for an hour. The prawns also go very well with scallops. You can alternate these sea food on the spit, taking care to marinate them in oil, lemon juice, honey, crushed garlic and fresh ginger. You can also put diced mango and onions on the spades.
You can also make a great mix with skewers of scallops surrounded by strips of lemon peel, cubes of tuna surrounded by slices of aubergines, shelled cooked mussels, lobster tails and coarse shrimp accompanied by red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and onions. Serve with a lemon butter sauce and you're done!
