Shooting star

A recipe offered by Nestlé Dessert

Your market:

  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 tablet from NESTLE DESSERT
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg + 1 yellow
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tablet from NESTLE DESSERT White

1. Preheat oven Th.5 (160 ° C).

2. Melt the chocolate black on low heat and let it warm up. In a bowl, mix the egg, the yellow, the icing sugar, the soft butter, a pinch of salt. Add the chocolate fade and make a homogeneous ball. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form a shooting star on the plate of your oven covered with parchment paper. Bake 15 to 18 minutes in your oven.

3. Place the star on a dish and surround it with a strip of aluminum foil, bypassing its shape. Prepare the mousse: melt the chocolate white in a bain-marie, pour it into a salad bowl. Beat the whipped cream, add it to chocolate White. Pour on the star and place 1 hour in the refrigerator.

4. Cut the strawberries into strips and decorate the top of the star. Remove the aluminum and serve.
