Slimming: I tested the silhouette wrap

Algae are often used in spas, thalassotherapy centers and balneotherapy. In this case, it often provides wraps. This type of care consists, as the name suggests to wrap the body.
At Miramar Crouesty, wraps are made on water beds. It is installed to allow the beautician to apply on the trunk and the four limbs, a mixture of hot algae in a circular motion. The latter then covers us with a plastic film that will adhere to the skin care time. The beautician finally covers us with a thick blanket. The bed then collapses as at the bottom of a bathtub from which are diffused colored lights. Light therapy is ideal for relaxation. So immersed in a cocoon, we feel the active algae work on the surface of the skin and raise the body temperature. It is this rise in temperature that will burn a maximum of fat (this is called thermogenesis). After thirty minutes, a hot shower marks the end of the treatment. We feel reboosted by the care, thanks to the minerals and trace elements that contain the algae.
