Special harvest: Bobo, casual, working-girl ... Which wine for which woman?

Today, 3 bottles out of 5 are bought by women. They developed a sensitivity to wines in recent decades. Indeed, we have more nose than mouth, unlike men, because we are more used to cooking. We are therefore very sensitive to aromas evoking flowers, fruits or minerals and we turn to sweet flavors, even sweet. Moreover, it is often called "wine of women " wines sweet.

Champagne for the working-girl
Always on the run, on planes or at work lunches, the working girl needs bubbles to decompress. With a Champagne light crude with fine bubbles or a Champagne Rosé bleeding, she will enjoy a beginning or end of a meal. Especially with a treat like a chocolate fondant. The working girl is not a big fan of wine, she will prefer to drink with a Crémant but will still be demanding on the quality of the product.

Rosé and white wine for bobo
In social circles, bobo will prefer to drink wine White. With white, we find the fruity and floral side. A glass of Monbazillac does not refuse. Just like Jurançon, Bergerac ... Sauternes, Loupiac, Sainte-Croix-du-Mont.
For the rosé, she will choose it for its spicy nuances and its lightness like the wines of the Loire, the Côtes de Provence, Tavel or the wines from Corsica. As an aperitif with some friends at the end of the Seine or at a barbecue on Sunday.

Red wine for the casual
The majority of women prefer Red wine. You must have a fine palate and know how to accommodate it with the best dishes. Because the Red wine is a wine supple, fruity and fine. There is an attraction towards the red wines Loire, Gamay, Beaujolais or other more tannic like Saint-Emilion, Pomerol or Margaux. Women will ideally drink Red wine at a date to accompany a frugal meal or a cheese platter.
