Spring-summer makeup trends 2009

At the approach of sunny days, our makeup is more spring. The new 2009 make-up trends are fresh and greedy, the palettes of hues are tart like candies, for our greatest pleasure.

A make-up color, however, stands out, and you will wear it without moderation until the next fall: the pink. Shu Uemura even launched in April a range called Pink Collection, which ranges from powder pink to red rose through pink beige. Pomettes are tender to chew, luscious lips and eyelids all sweet!

At Lancôme, the rose is more girly, more adulescent, while at Paul & Joe it is very soft, very pale, and it is downright fuschia at Estée Lauder. At Shiseido, the rose is very intense, the lipsticks are even bright pink or brown roses to dress your smile in powerful and racy colors.

Sisley opts instead for warm colors like golden peach or cinnamon honey for the complexion, and pink candy for the cheekbones. At Yves Saint-Laurent, the "summer look" is ethnic, with the range Treasures of Africa: bright colors, shimmering, inspired by African light. Frosted mango, peach light, glossy plum or wild blackcurrant, the sun-kissed fruits are inviting in our makeup kit!

In this sunny and hot future, Clinique chose to bloom its eyeshadow and blush palettes. Soft pink, green almond, the face dresses of softness and harmony, while lightness. Clarins also loves petals of flowers with mauves and spring greens.

You can thus decline the colors at leisure, on a nude and fresh complexion, with brushes adapted to the area you want to make up!
