Tartine with duck breast and raspberry

For 4 people
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Level of difficulty: easy

4 slices of cereal bread
2 small duck breasts duck
4 teaspoons Raspberry Jam Good Mom
1 black radish
2 shallots
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Some raspberries for decoration

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the duck breasts duck and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat when they take a golden hue and let cool.
Clean the fat at the bottom of the pan and place the chopped shallots. Add the soy sauce with three teaspoons of raspberry jam, salt and pepper. Let reduce for three minutes then remove from heat.
Spread this mixture over the 4 slices of cereal bread.
Peel black radish and cut into matches. Cut the duck breasts duck in thin slices.
Arrange the black radish on each slice of bread and cover with slices of duck breast. duck.
Decorate with a dash of raspberry jam, and a whole raspberry.
Serve without waiting.
