Carla and her younger brother Grégoire, apprentice chef chefs aged 13 and 12, guide children in nutrition. The goal: to help them choose, cook and eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.
In their TFOU van, Carla and Grégoire visit the markets of Ile-de-France to meet market gardeners. The two children go to meet a market gardener, discuss with him and then choose a product on his advice. They then leave in their van /cooked to achieve a recipe seasonal fruit or vegetable based
