After 24 months in our hands, the wines are ready for bottling. They will undergo a cold passage of a duration of 3 weeks to avoid if possible the tartaric precipitations and are finally bottled.
Our annual production is highly variable because of the many factors involved in the production of a Sauternes (bad weather, botrytis insufficient, gel, ...).
The "good years" we produce around 100,000 bottles, but some years we have unfortunately none to offer.
