The two models drawn by Karl Lagerfeld for Repetto were presented for the first time during the collection spring-summer 2009 of Karl Lagerfeld. The artist explains that he was inspired by the Cabaret line of Repetto and the values of the big luxury house. The first shoe, the white sandal with heel, is enriched with a "tutu" removable ankle. The second pair, the flat black sandal resumes the style of the heel model with "his simple wrinkles, his contrasts and his ankle tutu"as explained Karl Lagerfeld.
The collection of the two models of shoes of Karl Lagerfeld for Repetto will go on sale in limited series from April 9 in Repetto and Colette stores. The shoes will be available in black patent leather to be class at night while being comfortable, in white lacquer for chic walks or dance parties or in midnight blue to combine elegance and originality.
