The dish for a festive menu: turkey with dried fruits

ingredients
For 6 persons
1 turkey
500 g of pitted prunes
300 g of grapes dry
400 g ofapricots dry
6 thin slices of raw ham
4 apples
200 g of grapes White
20 cl of chicken broth
4 c. oil soup

Preparation
Preheat oven th 5/6 (170 °).
Soak the grapes dry in warm water.
Cut 300 grams of prunes and 300 grams ofapricots dry in small dice. Cut three slices of ham into thin slices. Peel two apples and cut into small cubes.
In a salad bowl, mix apple dice, diced dicedapricots and prunes, grapes dried drained and slices of ham. Keep aside.
Put the turkey in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of oil. Bake and cook for an hour.
Meanwhile, wash remaining apples and cut into small quarters. Sizes the remaining slices of ham into strips 2 cm wide and coat the remaining prunes. Cut the apricots dry in half and peel the grains of grapes.
Make skewers with all these ingredients. Put them in a deep dish and sprinkle them with a tablespoon of oil.
When the cooking time of the turkey is finished, add the dried fruits in the dish and prolong the cooking of one hour.
Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking turkey, bake the skewers.
Take out turkey of the oven, cut it out, put the pieces in a dish, surround them with dried fruits and serve with skewers and white rice.
