Etymology and origin of the name Clervie
The first name Clervie is of Celtic origin and means "precious stone, or jewel". This first name is rare and very little attributed in France. Indeed, it is carried by about 2,000 people today but it is often chosen among Breton families. Saint Clervie is celebrated on October 3rd.
 
History of Clervie
Sainte Clervie was the daughter of Saint Fragan and Saint Gwénolé, both from Brittany in the 5th century. Clervie's father was an illustrious founder of the Landévennec abbey, a small town located in the department of Finistère.  
 
Clervie a sociable person
Clervie is a loyal and diplomatic woman to others. She likes to take care of people but be reassured in return. Growing up, Clervie is a hard worker and in love she is passionate, generous and loving.
