For the pressure test candidates, the two-star chef had reinterpreted the recipe Provencal Artichoke Barigoule: a sublime creation that transformed the artichoke into a bouquet of flowers. To reproduce this recipe, the candidates of Masterchef have to understand how these flowers sublimated the vegetable first visually then tastefully. The flowers are not planted there, in the plate, simply to look pretty, they are also added for the flavors they bring.
