Launched a year ago, the site Thetops.fr wants to be a shopping platform where you can shop online guided by expert advice.
Thetops.fr is based on the American model OpenSky.com, a website that uses "experts" in various fields that will recommend products in each of their fields. The idea comes from two friends: Maxime Guillaud and Vincent Redrado, both graduates of business school. Before embarking on the adventure of TheTops.fr, they went through the companies PriceMinister and GraceFoods. Therefore, they start from the observation that the product offer on the web is huge and sorting becomes complicated. Thetops.fr voluntarily chooses to offer few products, but products recommended by professionals. In 2013, TheTops.fr has nearly 1300 articles.

The Tops renews the habits of consumption and commerce online. The young startup relies on a new relational axis between netizens fond of buying on the Internet and professionals who give their opinions without language of wood.
