Here is a little trick to renovate an old recipe dessert: replace half of the flour with the equivalent of almond powder. The result is fabulous in many cases! Then we embellished our clafoutis with some figs... but if the idea does not bother you, let your imagination speak: peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, everything is a priori possible.
