True / False on fatty foods

Fat is bad for your health and for the line
True and false
There are two types of fat: the bad ones and the good ones. The former increase bad cholesterol, the risk of diabetes or hypertension, and are the cause of cardiovascular diseases but also of obesity.
They are the ones who make you fat. But we consume too much! These are saturated fats - found in meat fat, dairy products (milk, butter, some cheeses), eggs or some refined vegetable oils (palm, palm kernel, coconut) - and trans and hydrogenated fats - present in large quantities in industrial products: prepared dishes, sweet cakes and crackers, Viennese pastries ...

They are not to be confused with the good fats, essential to our body. They allow the body to absorb vitamins, help raise good cholesterol, nourish skin, hair and nails, protect against cardiovascular diseases and give us energy. These are unsaturated fats, including omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids, which are crucial for our health. They are found in oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, linseeds, sunflower seeds), olives, certain vegetable oils (olive, nuts, rapeseed) and oily fish (salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines) .

For slimwe must ban fat from our menu
False
Fat is essential if you want to lose weight. Thus essential fatty acids can burn more calories but also fats. They will therefore stimulate weight loss but especially the melting of body fat.

The body also needs fat from our diet to know when to stop eating. In fact, the fats we eat release a hormone that, after about 20 minutes, sends a message of satiety to the brain. The latter decrees when we are no longer hungry and it is time to put our fork. Without fat, it takes a lot more time and therefore calories consumed to be full.

We must focus on lightened products for slim
False
Lightened, light, 0%, low calories: these enticing products multiply on the shelves. But are they really helping us slim ? In fact we do not always know how they are lightened.
In fact, there are two types of lean foods, those lightened in sugar and those lightened in fat, which are not necessarily in calories.

Some lightened products have the same number of calories, or even more, than their classic equivalent! In fact, in some cases, the fat or sugar has been replaced by other ingredients sometimes just as caloric. Finally, low-sugar products are not necessarily in fat and vice versa. Turn to light products when want slim is not necessarily the right solution.
To make the right food choices, it is better to read the labels and compare the intake of carbohydrates, fats and calories of a light product compared to a normal product. And, under the pretext that they are lightened, we also do not allow ourselves to eat more, which is totally counterproductive.
