Try a new sport: the body bike

The principle of the RPM (or body bike) is based on a sustained training of indoor bike, for 45 minutes, in an atmosphere charged and playful. The conviviality is the strong point of this sport because the atmosphere of the pack is recreated in a room gym where no climatic inconvenience will disturb the race (the bikes are fixed on the ground).

A body bike session consists of cycling in a group,
a coach supervising the course and punctuating the session with cries of encouragement to motivate his troops. The session takes place in music of course.

RPM is the ideal endurance sport
to lose weight quickly. In 45 minutes you can burn up to 900 calories.

You will quickly get results
by practicing this sport at least twice a week. Your cardiovascular and pulmonary capacities will be strengthened. You will quickly muscle thighs and glutes.

Only problem,
the upper part is not worked.
If you want to get in shape to go running or go hiking in the mountains, the RPM is for you.

The RPM is for anyone who wants to maintain
their shape physical from 20 to 70 years old. The courses are very accessible and very easy to follow.

Before starting the body bike,
nothing prevents you from consulting the coach to set together the objectives you want to achieve.
 
RPM courses are taught in all fitness centers in general: check with Med clubs gym and Vit'Halles.
