Veal puff pastry with tomato and mozzarella

Kitchen recipe for 4 people.

Preparation of the recipe: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients of the recipe of the pastry:
400 g of almost veal
or pastry
300 g puff pastry
5 tomatoes
1 jar of guacamole
3 balls of Mozzarella
1 fillet of olive oil
The juice of a lemon
2 basil branches
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe :

Mince the schnitzel veal in very thin slices. Put them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and oil. Salt, pepper. Cover with a cling film, put in the fridge.
Diving tomatoes 15 seconds in a saucepan of boiling water. Cool them under cold water. Peel it.
Prune tomatoes sliced.
Peel avocados, cut into thin slices. Lemon them. Salt, pepper. Reserve cool.
Cut the Mozzarella in thin slices.
Cook 2 minutes slices of veal in hot oven.
Darken 4 individual tart molds of puff pastry.
Sting the bottom. Cook on the white th 6 (180 °) for 12 minutes. Let cool, unmold.
Spread the tartlets of guacamole. Place the slices of avocado, tomatoes and of Mozzarella.
Cover slices of veal. Decorate with a basil leaf. Serve with a salad.
