Your typical day
At breakfast: prepare a plain yoghurt with a spoon. at. Unsweetened muesli soup and a seasonal fruit cut into pieces. In case of big hunger, go for a hard or boiled egg.
At 10 am (if you are hungry): 1 fresh fruit.
At lunch :
1 plate of cooked or raw vegetables seasoned with homemade vinaigrette
100 to 150 g of white or red meat (but not fat) or fish or eggs and 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
At tea time (required): 1 fresh fruit or 1 yoghurt with 1 tsp. To s. unsweetened muesli
At dinner :
150 g of fish or lean meat
1 bowl with 2 vegetables cooked in water or steam with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter.
