What sport for me: the lazy

In principle, you are against sport. You even claim, with bad faith claimed, that it would be bad for your health. Because it's so tiring for those dumbbell lifts, those runs around the park or those bike trips. You are a real lazy person who prefers to lie down only to sweat. Why get up early to make sport when you are so good in bed? Why go swimming when you can enjoy the sun lying on the sand? A reasoning that still has a flaw: the cellulite that has settled on your buttocks and the extra pounds that, accumulated after years of inactivity, will have to make you change your wardrobe completely. To recover the line, there is no miracle solution: we will have to move.
 
The opinion of the coach: Lazy people need to be framed so they do not give up too quickly. They must therefore take a sports coach, in the classroom or at home, according to their desires. But it is absolutely necessary that they meet the person so that there is a real exchange and that the program is really adapted. No to virtual classes. We avoid coaches by phone or internet. Depending on your goals, you will choose one session per week to maintain your form, two to develop a little and three to really muscular.
If the fitness is not your thing, you can opt for the pool, the lengths do not require much effort, or jogging on weekends. We start by running 10 minutes then we increase the pace each week. If you are more sports collective, the important thing is to choose an activity that suits you and you want to keep the motivation because all sports are equal. Test several until you find the right one.
