What to do with the leftover bread?

First, to prevent the bread harden, here are some tips to keep it well: so that the bread keep it soft until the next day just put it in a cloth. We avoid putting it in a plastic bag that will tend to make its texture rubbery. If you want to keep it longer, you have to know that the bread freezes well. However, be sure to place in the freezer before it has lost its freshness.


If despite all our bread still hardened, there is a multitude of solutions not to spoil it:
