Why do my hair grind so fast?

Oily hair is linked to an excess of sebum, sebum which is very useful because it gives a shiny appearance to our mane. Too much, it gives a neglected aspect to our look and it can even cause us problems of hair loss or dandruff. To try to fight against these unsightly phenomena, follow our beauty tips, tested and approved!

Pollution and exposure to the sun: these two factors can help accelerate the production of sebum which acts as a protection against external aggressions but ends up giving a greasy and neglected aspect to our hair.

Devices too hot: hair dryer, straightener, iron curling ... All these accessories that serve us daily to tame our mane eventually weaken our hair if they are used at too high temperature or too long.
Poorly applied moisturizers: do not apply them too close to the roots (especially if you use a hair oil), at the risk of having greasy hair right out of the shower. These treatments are usually designed to be applied on tips and lengths that are drier.
Brushing too frequently or the passage of hands in the hair: we forget the 100 brushstrokes that advocated our grandmother and we avoid nervous twitches that consist of replacing her bangs all day long. Too much touching the hair tends to accelerate the secretion of sebum and thus make them fat faster.
Stress or an unhealthy lifestyle: they are decidedly bad at all levels, these two factors may tend to increase the amount of sebum secreted by our body. So a good diet and the regular practice of a sport can help to improve the quality of our hair.
Wearing a hat, helmet, hat or headband: they tend to choke our roots and thus prevent our hair from breathing. While these accessorize our looks, but we avoid to keep on the head 10 hours a day. Also avoid constantly keeping your hair tied too tightly, leave the detachers from time to time, they will grease less quickly.
