Because we are all very different and unique! There are so many kinds of yoga that there are people on Earth since the practice of yoga is first personal. Practice until you discover your own practice, your own style, what fits you deeply: you can be your only teacher and by practicing you will discover it.

The philosophy remains the same, the ultimate goal of yoga is the same, no matter which one you practice. The message is said, shared in a different way, but it stays the same.
It is especially the rhythm which is very different, that you practice Iyengar or Ashtanga for example: the sequence will be more or less dynamic.
- Why the yoga Is it often advisable to get in or get back to sports?
The yoga allows to work the whole body in a very soft way, in depth, in consciousness, so it is ideal to prepare the body for a sports activity or after a long month without activity.

Everybody. In fact, everyone needs it, everyone should practice it!

By practicing ! This is the only way to know, and also to choose a course and a teacher, you must try!
- What are your tips for beginners?
Practice! Courses are very different depending on the type of yoga, the personality of the teacher. Do not be discouraged if during your first class, the craze was not present. Try another kind, another teacher, find what suits you.
- What are the precautions to take if you have not played sports for years?
My recommendation would be to listen to your body.
Feelings, Feelings are the way that the body communicate with you. So, listen, make the difference between the feelings that come from your ego and those of your heart, this limit or while being in the effort, a deep feeling of well-being invades you. From that moment on, you have no reason to hurt yourself.
