Yoga to be Zen during childbirth

No need to have already taken yoga classes to choose it as preparation fordelivery. Just go there. This discipline aims, through meditation in particular, to seek well-being both physical and mental. This involves learning different postures and relaxation.
As part of a preparation, yoga aims to help the future mother to feel good in his body and in his head to give birth as calmly as possible.
This method takes place in collective sessions, usually from 4e month. The pregnant woman is invited to reproduce simple postures to evacuate the tensions, the stress and thus allow him to welcome baby in the best conditions. Stretches and relaxations are also on the agenda. The future mother also learns to tilt and place her pelvis, to work her perineum, to relieve her back, lumbar and ligamentary pains ... Yoga helps prepare her muscles for thedelivery. Of course, breathing exercises are also provided. The latter will better support the contractions and help the mother to catch her breath during thedelivery.
Dad is also invited to participate if he wishes. He will learn the art of massage to relieve and alleviate the pain of the mother.
After the birth, it is better to follow a yoga session again to check the correct setting up of the pelvis and why not continue this discipline in another frame.
