Materials respect children's health and well-being
Interior arrangements and psychomotor structures Made to measure wood are made by local artisans using wood from eco-managed forests. Each element is thought to promote motor skills and the awakening of children, while guaranteeing their safety. The premises are adapted to the size of the child.
For the little ones, exchange furniture are high and for the biggest, they are lower, accessible by a small staircase. The walls of reception structures are painted with water paint and soils made of natural rubber with respect for health and well-being children.
The Blue House does not do things by half
It has chosen environmentally friendly consumables and suppliers, selected according to strict specifications: stimulation of the local economy, reduction of transport times, ecological products, reduction of consumption. The baby diapers are thus biodegradable and compostable, so-called low-energy bulbs, pedal water points, double-glazed windows, underfloor heating ...
In the Blue House, nothing is left to chance!
Green formations are given to the staff of La Maison Bleue to raise their awareness and to allow them to apply green gestures in the nursery and green pedagogy for children. The teams also receive training on maintenance and hygiene (choice of eco-labeled products, protocols ...), waste (sorting, composting, recycling of waste ...), food (choice of menus and products ...), education (eco-citizenship, natural environment, parents' awareness ...) and environmental projects for the management teams.
Children have a special relationship with nature
The educational project La Maison Bleue sensitizes children to their environment around daily gestures and animations. Throughout the year, their attention is drawn to the waste of water or the use of recycled objects. The educational garden, developed in each nursery, provides children with a special relationship with nature.
Aware of the educational role that nursery plays in food, the Maison Bleue favors the purchase of local, organic and seasonal products. And when possible meals are prepared on site. Nowadays, it is particularly difficult to get a baby crib.
Focus on bioclimatic nurseries
