Ingredients:
1 pastry
1 big handful of arugula washed and drained
1 fillet of olive oil
1 tablespoon of basil puree (pistou)
1/2 pack of liquid cream (vegetable or not)
Provolone (or other cheese type ewe)

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Prepare and spread the dough, and garnish the mold with.
Discard the arugula leaves and sprinkle with olive oil.
Mix the cream and the pistou, pour over the arugula.
Add sliced cheese and pine nuts.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until dough is cooked and browned.
