Faisselle à la marocaine: a recipe proposed by Rians

4 faisselles Rians
160 g carrots
12 green olives
Fresh coriander
Cumin powder
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the carrots crunchy and cut into slices. Mix with olives, oil, lemon, chopped coriander, cumin, salt and pepper. faisselles in verrines, alternating with slices of carrots and olives. Decorate with cumin and fresh coriander.
