Forget about peanuts and pistachios

As an aperitif, instead of peanuts or other appetizers hyper caloric, think of the sticks of vegetables, to Cherry tomatoes. Carrots cut into small sticks and dipped in a slightly salted lemon juice are still a great success. Especially among women, wishing stay in shape, who largely prefer this to slices of sausage or other toast with rillettes. You can also complement your appetizer with prawns or periwinkles that are easy to peck while talking. Prefer a lemon Perrier to a Martini.
